Ready Coil Error Solution Applications

In a newly purchased electronic cigarette model, you may experience contactless error in the electronic cigarette atomizer or coil. This is completely a contact error and can be solved quite easily. Electronic cigarettes, atomizers or coils have just received a package opened in this way you may have encountered an error in the production of electronic cigarettes in China in general because of the long-distance road contact problems can be seen on the wires. In this article we will perform the solution of this problem with two methods briefly, the two methods are quite simple to control only coils and atomizers will be required.

You can see the error messages determined by the protection circuits such as "No Coil - No Atomizer - Short Atomizer - Low Ohm" on the screen as a protection circuit in case of electronic coil mode that does not recognize the coil or detects that the coil is faulty due to the non-contact of coil wires in ready coil atomizers. On the pen type models like Eleaf Just S, Smok Vape pen, Smok Stick V8, Smok Stick Prince without a screen, the light will blink 3 or 4 times when the ignition key is pressed. In this case, one of the operations will be to check the coil wires.

1. Check the connection pin of the electronic cigarette atomizer 510 firstly. The process is very simple, we take out the atomizer of our electronic cigarette, we open the coil, we see 510 connection pins in the lower part. Pin Push lightly in the lower part connected to the mode. This pin should contact the bottom of the coil. In case of contact failure, your electronic cigarette will not see the coil or atomizer. After pushing the pin forward, place the coil and check again 90% of the problem is solved in this way.

2. If the atomizer of our electronic cigarette is in full contact in one coil but not in another coil, the coil wires are checked as shown below.

As the first operation, you can see the gaskets and wires at the bottom where the coil is removed. There are wires under and on this gasket, the wire under the gasket contacts the body of the coil, the wire on the coil connects to the lower part of the coil and takes the voltage as + and - from the electronic cigarette mode. The wires heat up and vaporize the liquid in the coil cotton.

The plug on the bottom of the coil is removed. You will see the wires clearly when removing this part. Do not change the position of the wires. Never move the wires under the gasket and the wires on the gasket.

In the coil that appears as an example, you can see 2 wires that touch the bottom gasket. In different electronic cigarette coils, the number of wires may be 1 - 2 - 3 - 4, which completely depends on the structure of the coil.

The procedure is to make sure that the wires are in full contact as shown in the picture above. No need to cut or relocate wires.

In this picture you can see the seal removed. It is not always necessary to remove the seal and perform this check. The picture is shown as an example.

If you remove the Coil Seal, take care of the small notch shown in the illustration to prevent the seal from rotating.

When you re-insert the coil, the plug we removed from the bottom of the coil may be slightly pressed in as shown in the picture, and you can gently pull it back with your hand. The lower part of the coil must touch the 510 pin of the atomizer as in the video above.
